Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Regular Priced Shipped Merchandise
For merchandise not on sale, the return must be POSTMARKED to us in new condition, with tags, and unscented within 5 DAYS of when your order was delivered. Your return label will automatically expire after the five day period.
If free returns coverage was purchased at original time checkout, you will receive a prepaid shipping label through our returns portal. If coverage was not purchased, you are responsible for purchasing a return label through our returns portal.
Any outbound shipping charges for an exchange are the customer's responsibility, regardless of whether free returns coverage is purchased at time of checkout.
If you received free shipping and your return(s) brings the total of the initial purchase below $100.00, the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return store credit.
Any orders returning a total item value of over $400 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Final Sale Policy - applies to shipped and in store purchases
Items purchased on sale at ANY DISCOUNT are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Even if you choose to upgrade your checkout, the discounted products will not be eligible.
All hair accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Store Pickup & Regular In-Store Policy
Store pickup orders are subject to the same policy as our Regular In-Store Policy. The return period for store pickup orders starts upon receipt of your 'Order is Ready for Pickup' confirmation email.
You have one day to return for a full refund or three days from purchase date to return for a store credit.
Local Baby gifts: are only eligible for store credit, and must be returned within 10 days of when the gift was purchased.
